We got up and rode down to the World Congress Center pretty early to avoid the rush. We arrived shortly after they opened the show Saturday at 9:30.
One of our first stops was the world’s fastest motorcycle.
The of course I had to get Jenny to try out the new 2007 BMW 650GS. This is a [...]

It was very pleasant on Friday as we arrived and checked into the motel. Then we went [...]

He and I had been friends since about 1996 and although I took him for granted and sometimes berated him at all hours of the night for being a nuisance and a pest, I really liked the little fella. His name was Judd and he was a mixed [...]

I’m no mechanic but I can tinker until I get it fixed….or break it in the process. Either way I get results!:-)
I started taking things apart and laying out screws and parts in organized piles as they came off. I ordered the replacement cables from Chicago BMW a few [...]

We saw it coming the last two days. This icey, freezing rain and snow was upon this southerly place this morning. To my delight the county cancelled school today.
So what can I do? The bike sits idle, almost happy to be inside this morning. The sleet came down first in the wee hours then followed [...]
