I got that telephone call from Don Weber today and he said he had the seat on his workbench ready to go. We talked a while about specific desires and needs in the new seat and he said he would put me together a few routes to travel for when I go out that way in the summer. His shop is a good days ride away from Yosemite National Park and that’s one of the spots I want to visit when I’m out there.
As far as the seat goes, I expect it’ll be completed by the end of this week and hopefully headed back this direction in time for my Florida BMWNEF Rally plans.

You know, I think I’ll do just that. I took a look at bolty.net. Nice coverage in the local rag there…and you look pretty snazzy in that riding “get-up”.
Be careful! I’ll be up that way about the end of June or so…Maybe July.
